I started the day off with a pretty healthy lunch choice... Chicken Caesar Salad. Unfortunately I started getting a headache around 6PM. At this point I could not eat another Salad for dinner, so my only choice left at that point was a nice deep dish!
Splitting the 2 for 6.99 each medium pan pizza deal with my friend/colleague we went with one plain and one Meat Lover's. He ate five, and I ate the remaining eleven (breaking my original record of eight).
With the soda my whole meal came out to around 3,500 calories + 500 calories for lunch = 4K for Monday. It was a good day!
